.. Photography is my life, every moment can be reflected in a snapshot. Memories, moments and feelings locked up and compiled into an image.

.. My name is Hector and I am a journalist based in Madrid, but from Badajoz, where I was born in 1983. My love of photography came early, with my first photo contest at school, with a compact camera and about 7 years, and since then it has fascinated me every second.

.. I decided to study journalism because of this, and it was during those university years when I had my first contact with serious photography and photo editing.I bought my camera with my first job and I´ve given it a tremendous use, always trying to show every moment we live through all my pictures.

.. The love of photography remains the love of editing, music and films, aspects that I try to reflect in my snapshots. I try to look for the most ordinary side of things, what makes them unique and unrepeatable, close-up photography and designed to evoke memories.

.. I like telling stories with each image, capturing expressions and make people feel at that moment what it's like to see that reality. My photography seeks to be a window into the imagination and feelings of those who want to enjoy.
